User Code of Conduct — Course & Community Rules
Effective: Immediately upon enrollment.
Purpose
We maintain a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment. This Code of Conduct describes required behavior and consequences for violations.
Scope
Applies to all users, learners, instructors, staff, discussion forums, live sessions, direct messages, and any site-related groups.
Core Expectations
- Be respectful and professional to all participants.
- No harassment, bullying, insulting, demeaning, intimidating, or discriminatory behavior.
- Do not post explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content.
- Respect privacy — do not share private messages or personal data without consent.
- Respect intellectual property and follow instructor/course rules.
Prohibited Conduct
Includes harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, sharing exam answers, repeated disruption, threats, or attempts to access accounts or restricted content.
Enforcement & Consequences
Any confirmed violation will result in a formal written warning and immediate removal from the course. No refund will be issued for enrollments terminated for misconduct. There is no appeal.
Reporting
Report incidents via the site’s Report button, instructor, or support email at support@hcarecompliance.com. Urgent threats or illegal activity may be removed immediately prior to full review.
Acceptance
By registering or enrolling, you acknowledge you have read and agree to this Code of Conduct and the non-refund/no-appeal enforcement policy.
