Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a course is purchased, we do not issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please review course details carefully before purchase. While refunds are not offered, we’ll gladly assist with access or content issues, just contact support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without reference to conflict-of-law provisions.

Disputes should be addressed in good faith, either party may request escalation to senior management, followed by arbitration if unresolved after 30 days.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthcare Compliance and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these policies or misuse of our services.
